This area of Puamana was untouched by the 2023 Lahaina fire, offering peace of mind and the lush beauty the neighborhood is known for.

This comfortable, budget-friendly home is ideal for travelers who value location, space, and functionality over luxury finishes. The home is priced accordingly and is perfect as a laid-back basecamp for adventurers eager to explore all that Maui has to offer—whether it’s snorkeling, hiking, surfing, ziplining, or simply enjoying a beach day followed by world-class dining.

Puamana is a gated, low-density oceanfront community with nearly a half-mile of shoreline, expansive greenbelts, and tropical gardens. Centrally located, it offers convenient access to West Maui’s best beaches and is just five miles from world-renowned Ka’anapali Beach.

Inside, the ground-floor master bedroom features a queen bed, en-suite bath, washer/dryer, and a small office area with access to the lanai. Upstairs in the loft, you’ll find a king bed and two twin beds, making the home flexible for families or groups. Please Note:
While several buildings on Puamana’s northern side were impacted by the Lahaina fire, this property and the entire southern side were unaffected. Rebuilding is underway in some areas nearby, and you may see cleared parcels when entering the community.
