The location was nice. There was only one pool. there is no pool for children. The noise was unbearable? Kids turned the Jacuzzi into their own personal pool. Kids were urinating in the Jacuzzi? Parents in the Jacuzzi with infants? not an adult place? I wouldn't recommend it ? every morning, early morning, you could hear the kids weren't down the hallway. You could hear all the noise in the rooms. There's no soundproof. I would not recommend it and I'm a Marriott club member but I've been staying at Hilton more often. We would stay an extra week but we ended up going to Waikiki to find a quiet hotel. Staff was ok!

We have enjoyed our stay here. There is so much to do right in this area. There are all the amenities you will need, but if you a like us, we spend so much time seeing the sights, that we miss out taking advantage of all the cool stuff like the pool and activities area (with pickleball, volleyball, corn hole, etc), or the fitness center. We loved having beach access right across the street and the hotel offers rentals for snorkeling gear and towels. Convenient location right by the Polynesian Center. Beautiful, safe, cozy spot to stay. The staff is great
