We really enjoyed our stay and even won some money. Restaurants were all really good and not overly crowded, we definitely stay here again. Much cheaper and friendlier than golden nugget in my opinion. Very satisfied with our stay!

Casinos staff was terrible, never got offered a drink while gambling for ant least 2 hours and one of the staff members at a roulette table was rude. Room was clean and the Asian restaurant was good but casinos itself was awful.

Dirty lazy river

Great place! We loved the pool area, hot tubs, and lazy river, however, my husband and I were very disappointed in the lack of attendance at poolside. We had to go around the whole pool area to find a towel. Also, as the groundskeeping and growth around the lazy river were beautiful and amazing all the leaves, debris, and dead remnants from growth blew within the river and left it a mess. We did not even get in it due to the trash in it. All it would take would be a pool boy to skim out some of the trash a couple of times a day.

Check-In process was very easy. Although the site states that there are no hidden fees, prepare for $50 incidental and a $25 Property Fee. Valet was friendly and accommodating as well as bell men. Fast food options less than 10 minutes away with many restaurants on site. Would definitely go back for personal getaway.

The only thing that I did not appreciate is I work from home and so i needed to use the hotel Internet to do my job and it was a glitch in their system where it look like that the room was not registered. They gave me a one 800 number which I did call they did not help at all. They had a person that came to the roomThey did not help at all after a while. I just gave up and just called in and no one never called and check on me to see if I was OK to see if it worked no follow up at all
