There wasn’t hot water to shower with at 9:30 pm. When I tried to call and have it fixed there was no answer for 15 minutes so I gave up. We also had a letter slid under our door an hour after checking in advising us that they were doing AC maintenance from 12-6 am. When I told the CSR about the water issue she simply responded “do you need a receipt?”. There was no concern, attempt to remedy the situation or even placate me by saying she’d let someone know.

Worst stay ever. I arrived to my room and around 6 I pulled my covers back to find stained and unclean sheets. I call down to the front desk and no one answered after waiting 10 mins. I decided to walk down and let them know and was told that they would send someone to change the sheets. So I went to dinner and came back and the sheets were still not changed. I alerted the front desk again and nothing. I finally caught a memeber of housekeeping delivering towels to another room and got my sheets changed at 10pm. This is unacceptable I will Never stay at this property again

Overall stay was great . The only issue for us, the toilet is super loud when flushed. Literally wake you up if you’re sleeping .
