A mini-vacation stop on our roadtrip

This property doesn’t disappoint! Beautiful, clean, a lot of dining options, and did I mention the lazy river??? Had a very relaxing time in the pool area. Best meal was at Asia but if you don’t have time for a restaurant meal, the pantry has great options! They are open late night and they have great coffee. We stay here a couple nights every time we are going thru Lake Charles.

Service was horrible. Ordered an iron and ironing board delivered to the room. Iron didn't work. Board was broken and wouldn't stand up. Reported the situation and requested a replacement so I could press my clothes. For two (2) days, nothing was done. Housekeeping did not attend to room to replace towels, two (2) days. Housekeeping would not answer phone calls to request fresh towels. Two (2) days with soiled towels. At check-in, my Expedia reservation was not recognized but, was rectified at check-out.

This was a great place to bring my 21 years old daughter to gamble. We had a wonderful time together with the whole family. They have a lazy river, swimming pool and jacuzzi. We enjoyed everything!
