Presidential Suite DUMP

When you book the Presidential Suite, this is what you get: Mold on ceiling, rusted sprinklers- concerned if they work, room felt like last minute idea or large storage room with lack of furniture and decor, dark, little lighting, terrible plumbing, funny smell, glad we were there for one night, but definitely not worth the cost & would appreciate some type of refund.

I liked that we were able to walk across the parking lot to eat at Olive Garden and then use the hotel shuttle to get to the Golden Nugget. It was also great that we could call the shuttle when we were ready to go back to the hotel.

Comfortable but warm

Check in was very friendly and pleasant. Parking and the free shuttle was great. The AC in our room never got really cold and the bathroom needed a few repairs. But, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

This was a nice property. It was close to the casino area. There is a shuttle provided by the hotel that will transport you to and from the Golden Nugget or L’Auberge Casino. The front desk staff was helpful, but could have been a little more friendlier. The one was in good condition. There could’ve been a little more detailed to the cleanliness of the room. The beds were comfortable. The AC was nice and cold. There is a mini fridge and microwave in each room, which was very convenient. The breakfast was really good and there were many options. I would recommend this hotel. It is close to the casinos. There is a shuttle that transports to the casino so you don’t have to drive once you get there. There are restaurants close we ate at the Texas roadhouse which was really good. Just make sure you go online and add your name to the waitlist. Although there were a few areas that need were the pros outweigh the cons so I would go ahead and book this hotel if I were you.
