The room was pretty disgusting. There was a cigarette butt behind the nightstand, a little figurine (children's toy) behind the bed with a burnt marijuana roach paper next to it, the walls in the bathroom looked like someone had puked on them, and the floors seemed like they were not swept at all. The TV in the living area was not connected to the internet. --- I really could have overlooked all of that (and really wouldn't have even found half of it if I didn't have to plug everything in) except at 3:00AM our ceiling started raining! It was like a pipe burst and water was pouring out of the ceiling. The thing that made me upset about that was that the ceiling was cut open....like this had happened before. I tried to tell the front desk person, who took FOREVER to get to the desk, and when he did he arrived with a mouth full of food....and he didn't seem to care at all. He just said, "ok, I'll look at it". The hot tub was luke warm at best, we saw a drug deal take place in another room, and the photos online do not tell the story of what you are actually going to get! I can't believe I chose this place over other options in the area. Never again.

The room was decent. It needs some updates. The bathroom, in particular, was very old and needs updated. The hot tub was drained and scarily old. The pictures on this listing are nowhere near current. Also, customer service was subpar. When I booked the room it was after midnight and the clerk said I could get my money back thru Expedia. However, Expedia refused to refund my money OR my credit on OnePay, even though I was in the exact same room. I was told that Expedia would speak to the manager but I never heard anything else.

It was cold that day! The room heat didn’t work well. It was set at 85 degrees and it barely kept the room warm. The TV also would not even turn on. I went to the front desk and I was told that they would come and look at it. No one showed up. The desk phone had no cord to it?! The curtains were in front of the heater so they billowed out from the window all night letting light in. We won’t stay there again.

The service was excellent. Everybody was extremely helpful and very nice. However, you get what you pay for, and this IS rated as a two-star hotel... so don't expect anything else, and you won't be disappointed. Clean and tidy, but the entire room needs renovation from the early 80s, It's literally falling apart. Like I said, don't expect anything more than a two-star hotel and you won't be disappointed.

There were people hanging out by the. Fence line yelling for over an hour . I called the front desk and they were not very responsive.. Then one of the people knocked on my door 3 different times within 5 minutes i yelled at them to go away and I was calling police which I then called 911 .Police came and told them to stay away from our rooms .This was the the first time I have stayed in a motel that I have not felt safe.

I was not good at all the photos online I’m convinced are fake. Our room didn’t even have a fire alarm which is against the law. Super dirty room and the pool and hot tub area are a disaster. Avoid this place it’s the definition of you get what you pay for and it’s overpriced at that.

The room smell like cigarettes and when we went outside it smelled like somebody was smoking marijuana. My wife did not feel safe at this hotel. The bags were clean and comfortable and that was a good thing. The shower was not very hot. They need some help at this hotel
