The check in was on a screen, talking to someone away from the property. The audio was poor, the sign here wasn't working, and the receipt was completely wrong. None of the hotel information was correct. The checkout time was wrong, the phone number was a foreign number, the address was Address Line 1, the website was Yourhotelname.com.

The booking showed a couch in the suite we were planning on using for an additional sleeping arrangement in the suite and there was no couch. Often no one at the front desk. Vending machines not working. Bathroom door painted over so many times that it doesn’t close all the way. Freezer door doesn’t close because iced over

Overall Rating: 3.5/5 My stay at this hotel was overall good! Upon arrival, the check-in process was delayed due to a computer complication, but the staff were incredibly friendly, apologetic, and accommodating, which made the wait much more pleasant. There was no elevator, which initially concerned me due to a recent back surgery, but thankfully my room was on the first floor. The room didn’t have ceiling lighting—only a bathroom light and three lamps—but natural light helped brighten up the space. It was also nice having air conditioning in the room and being able to set it to a desired setting. As for cleanliness, the room was mostly tidy and organized. However, I did find a hair in the shower and a smaller one on the toilet seat, which was a bit off-putting. Despite a large group checking in after me, the room was surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it’s a nice amenity to have available. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the pancake maker was a fun and unique touch! Overall, I’d give the experience a 3.5 out of 5. While the nightly rate felt a bit pricey, it was still a decent and comfortable stay. The location was especially convenient—close to the wedding venue, several fast food spots, and many nice golf courses in the area.

I really just needed a room close to my daughters as we were leaving early in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised at this motel. I knew they revamped the place. My bathroom had a large beautiful walk in shower. The room was neat and clean. Pool is on the smaller size. Property is close to town but just outside.

The hardwood floor (I prefer a carpeted floor) was dirty. The sheets were very old and thin. The curtains were janky and did not fully cover the window. The overall place was just in disrepair. This was our second stay there. There will not be a third.

I entered through the middle door of the hotel. That middle door was prompted open a few different times. I removed it so the door would be closed securely. The tops of the table weren’t clean, the end table had coffee or soda rings. The black out curtains didn’t fully closed…. Sunlight would be showing. The King bed was very uncomfortable & lumpy!! Breakfast was included. The eggs & sausage links were cold. There was a microwave to warm up food. The pool was closed. Overall, not clean or comfortable family suite.
