If it is true that beauty comes from within, then the Hideaway is a beauty within a beauty. Tucked away in the alley behind Main Street in beautiful downtown Lake Geneva and right next door to the Champs Beer Garden, this 100 year-old cinder block two-story building has been recently overhauled and set up for fun, convenience and comfort. Don't be fooled by the humble exterior- inside, you will find two separate rentals that can be rented individually or together by you and your family or group of friends.

This listing is for both units in the building (to rent one of the individual apartments, see Hideaway-upper and Hideaway- lower listings). With four bedrooms, seven additional sleeping spots (all twin), two full bathrooms and two kitchens, the entire building can comfortably accommodate up to fourteen guests. Vacationers are sure to enjoy being just a few steps from the live music that fills the beer garden during summer evenings and being able to listen in from the private balcony. Downtown LG shopping, restaurants, and the lake are all within a one-block radius.

This house and location were the perfect spot to host a bachelorette party! It had plenty of space and was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed having the upper and lower parts of the house to have space for everyone to get ready, play games and hang out together. The backyard was the perfect spot to lounge as well. Downtown, the beach, and most places you would want to go are all within a short walking distance from this great home. Would highly recommend!

Cute space and great location

Me and four of my friends went for the weekend for our annual girls trip. The space was perfect as it could accommodate all of us with our own room and bed. Is decorated really cute. The location is unbeatable. We parked in the lot and never got back in our cars the whole weekend. There is some noise at night out in the parking lot from people leaving the bars, so that was a bit annoying.

Fall "Girls" Getaway

Loved Loved Loved the location. It was an easy to walk to the lake and dining. Everyone in our group said they would stay at this downtown hideaway again just for the location. It was a little noisy at times (early garbage pick up and leaf blowing) but this was clearly stated in the description and did not really bother our group. More parking options would be helpful but we really enjoyed the flexibility of the building (upstairs and downstairs gathering areas-lots of bedrooms-two full size refrigerators). Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic location

Overall great experience with a can’t beat location just off Main Street. I was with a group of 8 mid30s moms for a weekend away. Our main complaint was one of the listed “bedrooms” was actually a pass through room with a light sensor overhead light. Which made the bedroom unusable at night as any movements in the middle of the night caused the overhead light to turn on. There also was an outdoor light outside of the window that shone directly onto the bed. This made the bedroom not functional. Otherwise had a wonderful trip and check in/communication process was very easy

Amazing, well-appointed property near EVERYTHING

We rented both floors of this unit in Lake Geneva. The property itself is spacious, tidy, showers have great water pressure. Beds were comfortable, and the decor was fun. The location is incredibly convenient to restaurants and shops. We even walked to the Lake Geneva Museum two blocks away. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Great location in downtown lake Geneva

What a lovely stay! We were so close to the beach and all activities. We stayed Sunday to Friday and the bar next door only got a little noisy on Thursday night. Plenty of space for everyone!

Plenty of space for your group of friends. Love that it was in the middle of everything downtown. Really clean and organized and you have everything you need. Getting in contact with the property management was great as well. Highly recommend :)
