I originally booked 4 nights but had to cut it short due to the conditions. The firewood sold at the main cabin is damp and wouldn’t light up unless I soaked it in lighting fluid. The nights were very cold, in the 40s, and the firewood would only last 4 hours unless I kept waking up and adding more. My poor dogs were shivering in the morning and I had to wear 2 layers at nighttime. The parking lot is far away with up and downhills from the tent and the cart they let you borrow to drag your stuff had a mind of its own when heavy. The tent itself was filthy dirty with mice/rat poop all over the carpet, bathroom and shower. Shower drain was filled with hair. Dish-wear had lip stains and fingerprints. All of the furniture was covered in human and dog hair. The night before I checked out early, I had new neighbors move-in, across the road 3 tents away, that were so loud that I had to get dressed at 1am to ask them to keep me down only to come back to the tent and see a quarter-size spider crawl from under my pillow. I knew it was time to leave!!!

This place was phenomenal! We stayed for 5 days and everything about it was worth the price. We will be returning. They have daily activities & the pool was warm. The kids enjoyed themselves. We participated in yoga and it was great! Also, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great glamping experience (our first)! Tent was spacious and clean! Grill and fire pit were a nice bonus. Ice and wood available. Nice facility with pool and entertainment. The little store had what we needed. Loved the s’mores!!! Not as quiet as we had hoped….We didn’t expect to be awakened in the middle of the night and again early morning by a crying baby in the tent next door. Better for families rather than couples

Our visit was great. The cabin was perfect and had everything we need. Some of the staff (seemed like the afternoon staff mostly) was a bit curt but overall everyone was lovely and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

We liked it

This was a unique experience. We got a tent with a bathroom, which was convenient at night. Beds were comfortable. Temperature inside was good in early July; it was a hot day in town but the fan helped. The insects were unavoidable but they were tolerable. After all, it’s nature. My 11 year old loved the heated outdoor pool and she wanted to play in it all day. Breakfast foods are available near check-in, and were pretty tasty.
