The staff was warm and friendly. The room was clean. The toilet bowl is too, shallow! I’m a petite woman and my hand touched the water when I wiped myself. Men: Beware of the shallow bowl. The hotel needed a roof and some other damage managed. It rained but not in my room. I stumbled on a cracked and loose tile on the balcony. I loved the location, the lake view and beach access right outside of my door. I used the bbq grill and had a great dinner! I’d stay again!

The staff was okay. The plumbing needs to be worked on heavily due to overflowing feces coming out of the shower drain. We were able to relocate rooms due to that issue however staff gave us very little information on when we were going to relocate rooms. When the owner arrived, he didn’t even talk to us.

The hotel is clean unlike some other reviews. It’s not the most modern but that is typical for the area. Customer service was fantastic. I was disappointed the pool bar/ dining was closed during our stay but it’s not peak season yet. The proximity to the lake is amazing!

Beautiful views and a very nice property that was well-kept, especially for the price. My room had been somewhat updated and was pretty to look at in some areas and had a cute outdoor table and chairs with beautiful view of Lake George and beach access. Underside of bathroom sink area was very dirty in corners and crevices, re-enamel on bathtub/shower was peeling off a little, revealing pink color. Floor was that new type of faux wood but someone does not know how to clean it as the floor was literally greasy, and when a small spot was wiped off, it came away dirty. The floor was dirty and greasy, I wore shoes the entire time, did not go barefoot or in socks!
