The lazy river and the hot tub were great, beds were so comfortable and clean. Things that need to change accept cash payments in addition to cards All children anyone under 17 need to be accompanied by adults throughout hotel and lazy river No running through hallways. Birthday guests should be on the lowest floor with rooms. No hand stands in lazy river. Any child pushing past an adult loses access for an hour.

We book a room for five people .sofa bed not comfortable at all do not recommend to give a sofa bed.no free breakfast and buffet breakfast was all junk food no health options.and the water were not warm at all very cold.

Hotel has a lot of great amenities for a family stay. It is a bit outdated, but it appears they are working to remodel. Rooms are spacious and staff was friendly and helpful. Of course the onsite water park and theme park just a short walk across the parking lot are a great bonus. Lake George is just a short 10 minute drive.
