Kitchen, dinette and family room are open and ideal to serve your meals, or to just lounge around the big screen tv. Private paver patio with a BBQ is ideal for grilling. Or take your fixins and family/friends over to the club house to BBQ there and enjoy your choice of indoor or outdoor tables, umbrellas, etc. situated and over looking the huge pool and the two spas which have custom controls that can adjust the jet pressure and water temp to your liking.. If you have a watercraft of your own you want to bring along, there is plenty of short term boat storage parking as well as a complimentary wash rack with everything you'll need to detail your toys before you head home.
