When we check in we were told that the swimming pool is closed because it’s under maintenance. We reserved this hotel just because we like the swimming pool there. They should have notified the clients that the swimming is closed. It’s a very bad experience.

Excellent breakfast buffet (selections amazing and even omelettes). The Breakfast Ladies were so kind and fast. Well appointed hotel with sparking clean rooms, gym, business area, and bar. Excellent staff and love the view of Lake Havasu from the huge breakfast area. Best hotel we have found in the Lake Havasu City/Parker/Needles CA area by far!

Location was great and breakfast was good. Grounds and lobby area were clean and well maintained. Note: Be sure to check ALL aspects of your room before settling in. Be sure to include in your inspection out-of-the-ordinary items like the shower activator. Ours was completely missing the little knob you need to pull up on to divert water to the shower head. Not good to learn about after stepping into the tub. :-(

The hotel is nice, and the room was clean, but I was given the wrong room at check-in. Also, an elevator was out of order. There is a nice view of the lake, but I don't think I caught them on their best day.
