I booked this hotel after staying the previous night at a different hotel that was extremely dirty , ohh what a relief when i walked to my room and opened the door to a clean fresh smell scent , this hotel is everything you need to have a peaceful and restful night , the rooms have a nice lay out , great bed and pillows, everything was super clean and very quiet, the pool water was crystal clear , the breakfast taste amazing and had multiple options. I would stay here every time i visit lake havasu 10/10 .

Disappointed.

I was disappointed. It wasn’t up to Hilton standards. Definitely older and somewhat run down. They need to fix their coffee maker/coffee tray situation in the rooms. They don’t fit. Had to stand and hold it while my coffee brewed, being careful not to burn my fingers with the steam. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Computer Error caused unnecessary stress

Hotel itself canceled our reservation. We booked through a 3rd party and was told because i booked non refundable option there will not be a refund. We did NOT cancel reservation or give them a reason to cancel, their systems did. Took alot of stressful back n forth getting this sorted. Will never stay at Hampton Inn again.

Our room looked like it had not been mopped. There was hair on the floors and in the shower corners. This property was advertised as being a new or newly renovated property but it definitely was not. I could feel the springs in the mattress and not something I expected from a Hilton branded hotel.
