Property has a great location. Front staff was nice and fast check in. Rooms are in decent shape. Chair in room did have some stains on it. View is great. Food was good at The Turtle Grill. I would return....Hopefully with my boat next time.

Unfortunately, the room was dirty and felt neglected. There were spider webs in the corners, dust on furniture, and the bathroom was falling apart. It's a shame since this is such a great location by the water.
