The general condition in Lake Havasu is dusty and cluttered. This hotel is in a commercial zone without nearby restaurants or shopping. The hotel is not dirty, just the area it’s in. For an inexpensive overnight, it’s fine.

They were renovating the rooms and started doing construction work in the room next to us at 3 am and then told us at least it’s not a party.
