Room was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Being connected with the casino really means it is the casino. Very noisy and smoke smell everywhere in elevators, getting in or out of the building. Room had a very funny smell that we could not get rid of. Bed was super comfortable. Place seemed a bit dated to me but not bad shape

Lobby smells smokey the minute you walk in. Room was spacious and clean, but had only one soap for shower and sink. No body wash until asked. Front check-in clerk forgot to enable the parking link to room key. Then same person directed us to 19th floor restaurant that was closed on Tuesday. No end of hassle with overcharge on parking because of lask of room key enabled link. No breakfast coffee shop unless you go to Harrahs. No room # direction when you get off the elevator. 3rd floor garage crossover not well marked. No grab bar in shower or nonslip tape in tub bottom. No literature or channel to direct you to what's happening in the hotel or where restaurants are located.
