WE were disappointed in all the activities that usually happened on Friday (after Thanksgiving).... no ice show , no Santa arrival & no fireworks. Check in was difficult as placed in handicapped room (not requested on our reservation) & had to wait for another room / non-hanicapped. There were limited chairs on the pool deck. The scheduled activites, i.e. ice skating w/ Santa & live music and hot cocoa in lobby were very delayed! Just not the experience we have enjoyed over the last several years!!

Everyone was so pleasant and made our stay so enjoyable. Especially loved Matt the Lobby bartender and want to visit Here again soon!
