Bugs mold nasty dirty room they were rude not helpful i stayed in that room for not even 8 hours roaches mold never cleaned sticky floor room 302 i will never go there and ill make sure to tell everyone else not to go there 450 bucks for a room i couldn't be in im allergic to mold they refused to do anything

This place is extremely sketchy. Upon arrival I noticed a “gentleman” seated in front who seemed to be waiting on customers to pull up and by his “product”. When I entered the lobby I noticed that there was no furniture (like it had all been stolen). My bed had a cavernous hole in one side that was clearly from repeated use (I’m sure a lot of money was made during the creation of that hole). I suggest not leaving any valuables in your vehicle and when you go out don’t leave any valuables in the room. Do yourself a favor and pick a different hotel.

The property is not being maintained as soon as you get into the room it's smells like cigarettes, it's supposed to be a smoke free property,also the room had roaches and the floors were stained and dirty. There was no soap to take a shower or to was our hands.our room was missing the smoke alarm and the walls were bleeding some brown gunk in the shower. Over all I am super upset with my stay here the pictures online are from what the front desk said "old pictures" and do not represent the current state of the rooms. I really want to get my money back from this stay I only stayed because we checked in around 7 pm and we were all tired of not I would have just left and gone somewhere else.

Staff was okay. Temp was comfortable. I looked through the drawers for a tv channel guide and found a clear plastic bag with some poop soaked underwear and a poopie blanked stuffed into it. Disgusting!!! And there were roaches, 5 that I counted.

Property was pet friendly. That was nice. My issue is that my father, an older guy, tried to book me an additional night. When working on the computer to book the night, he accidentally booked a night in the wrong week. He immediately called Hotels.com and the Baymont hotel and neither were able or willing to transfer the night over to the proper week. That was a bummer that they would essentially steal my dad's money, when all he was trying to do was help me out by booking a night online.
