Very clean and comfortable and the staff is excellent. Definitely a good free breakfast. It's not the best location but it's fantastic if you want to avoid all of the traffic in Kissimmee.

The neighbor isnt the best. Just a couple gas station nearby for quick incidental items if needed. But it was new and well maintained inside. Staff were friendly and attentive. Quiet for most part but occasional nearby trains can be heard. Good for a night or two if moving on like I did for a cruise. Dont think it is a long term option for a Lakeland area vacation.

My early morning flight was delayed 12 hours. They let me get back into my room until normal checkout time even though I had technically checked out. Bernice was very nice and allowed me to stay in their lobby until I needed to leave for the airport. Much nicer than sitting in an airport on uncomfortable chairs for hours!

Comfortable Hotel

We stayed here while visiting the Strawberry Festival with family. The hotel was very close and convenient to our planned weekend locations. Also, convenient to get to restaurants in Lakeland and shops. There is a drive-in movie theater across the street that we will have to come back to see. The hotel was comfortable and all of the staff was courteous. The breakfast is well maintained by a kind man that helps in any way possible. Breakfast has many options and it can get busy at closing time. Fortunately for me, my family are not procrastinators. Everyone met downstairs with more than enough time to enjoy without the rush.

Everything was great but the breakfast offered wasn't as expected. From the review's I thought it would be fresh but we didn't care to much for it. The eggs were dry and the pancakes not fresh. Otherwise we were very pleased with the hotel.

Good and affordable

Our stay at the best Western plus was great. The only complaint is that there was a lot of noise and other guest were being very loud and there was a party out in the parking lot. I called down to the desk, but there was nothing that the Employee could do about it I guess because they were guessed at the hotel, but it was 11 o’clock at night and they were a bunch of guys partying in the parking lot by their vehicle! I could also hear the neighbors next to us clear as day and people in the hallway as well. Very frustrating very late at night when you’re trying to sleep, but other than that, the hotel was clean the beds were very comfortable.

I cannot recommend this hotel. I had an issue with the t v, i spent to much evening time with night staff. I asked for a new t v or new room. I got neither. Another attempt to fix the next day with another staff member. It was eventually fixed. I left messages for manager and since have called for him but no response. I feel i am owed s credit for that night

Not happy that breakfast ended so early especially on the weekends. Not allowed to bring food to room so husband couldn’t bring me something to eat since i sleep in. Train although out of hotels control was tough so early in the morning.

No AC No help

We had no AC in our room, USB outlets did not work. Front desk guy was not helpful at all. Asked for a fan for the night because room was hot, was told by front desk, he did not know where they were at and I could ask in the morning. No help what so ever, stuck in a hot room all night. Could not charge phones either.
