The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. The lobby was decorated for the holidays and furnished nicely. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our one complaint was noise. Lots of noise from the gas station next door late at night. Our room was on the first floor, right next to an exit door that kept getting slammed shut by other guests. Needless to say it was hard to sleep. We didn't have the breakfast, but heard others say it was very good.

The building was brand new, with state of the art technology and eco friendly. The lady at reception desk was efficient, friendly and informative. John Henry who overseerd the breakfast was efficient friendly and even gave us a tour of the breakfast area & how to operate pancake machine. Good location central to everything & just down from the only drive in theater left in FL. Definitely would stay here whenever we visit Lakeland & it's the friendliest hard working staff with excellent customer service We have seen in a very long time. They even clean your room daily which few do anymore so that's a plus for me 😉
