THE BEDS HAD THE TOP SHEET ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BLANKET, HAD TO REMAKE THE BED. NO SHAMPOO, STICKY FLOOR, PEOPLE SCREAMING IN THE UNIT US FOR SEVERAL HOURS, NEVER BOO AGAIN!!!

It would be better if there was no people outside at 9:00 screaming and yelling their kids that are not being intended by adults especially in the pool area not exactly a most quietest place to sleep

Lobby locked, had to check in through a bulletproof window. Is it SAFE to STAY here?!? Steps everywhere, even with elevator. If you're disabled, don't stay here. Shower head was attached to pipe willy-nilly so it was spraying at the connection causing water damage to the ceiling. Had ONE bar of soap to share between the sink and the shower, no shampoo. Tissue paper for a towel. They provided an ice bucket, but there was NO ICE, not exactly comfortable when it's 100° degrees. When brother pulled back sheet, blanket, he found a hair in his bed. The sheet was ON TOP of the blanket, no sheet underneath, so you had to untuck everything and flip them to sleep between sheets. Housekeeping made up only brother's bed after our first night's sleep. TV was snowy on every channel, with no guide so no idea what was on. At least the sleep button worked so TV turned off after we went to sleep. We were there to spend time with dad over Father's Day weekend so we really just wanted a bed, and that we got. At least it was comfortable

We got to our room and the condition was disgusting. There was whining all over the mirrors, things broken, no batteries in the smoke alarms, etc. We asked for a room change and the front desk attendant LIED and said there were no other rooms available (We came to learn there were) So we had no choice but to book elsewhere. They would not provide a refund which is absolutely ludicrous considering the room was unacceptable and they gave us no other options to remedy the situation. We needed up having to pay for 4 nights there and didn't stay one night. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!
