The bed was like sleeping on a boxspring. The alarm clock woke me at 6:00 and 6:10 from the guest from the day before. I went to bed at 5:00 am. So that was very annoying.

This was by far the best Hampton Inn I’ve stayed in. In addition to a super comfortable king size bed, the customer service was excellent. Usually my main focus is simply a clean room and comfortable bed, however, the customer service at check in stood out. The young woman that checked me in was professional, efficient, and really engaging. Her personality was such that she made me feel welcome and relaxed. This is critical to me as an older woman traveling along and checking in late. Thank you to the special person that checked me in the evening of my stay. 8/29/25

Check in staff was polite and it went great until I’m informed, after my card was processed, that there was a $150 deposit and $10 a night parking fee! The deposit isn’t returned until you check out and then told it’s usually 3-5 days. The towels were rough and discolored. The rooms were clean but worn. The ice machine and laundry facility was out of service. The pool was a huge disappointment. No chairs, no lighting at nighttime and was not clean. The only great thing was breakfast. It was delicious and the staff kept it well stocked and cleaned. Overall, would not recommend and will not come back.

The facility was partly under construction (gym was closed during visit). The location seemed to be away from the city center, but across the street from most of the shopping district. One thing i didn't expect was to pay a $10/day fee for parking, due to the need for security to be on site all night.

Door knob to bathroom was falling off the door. The fabric on th one chair in the roon had a rip across the whole chair. No lounge chairs or pool towels at pool, had two office chairs poolside.

We get to the room beautiful room and clean! At around 12 am the alarm in the room kept chirping and keeping us awake all night! You have to get better mattress because it was really lumpy not comfortable at all.

I don’t like that. I didn’t have a phone in my room. I told the front desk how am I supposed to call you guys for anything? I don’t have a phone. She said I’ll talk to the maintenance man and I’ll get your phone over there right away I ran out and ran some errands. I came back. There was no phone I wouldn’t picked up my kids because I come in town every week and spend time with them. I wanted to call for something instead of leaving them in the room by themselves so they can mess up stuff that fast cause everybody knows how kids are, but there’s no phone
