The facility felt safe and inviting. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Even with the freeway out the window it was still very quiet. The room was nicely decorated and clean. Have stayed here in the past and always had a perfect stay!!! But this time, my only complaint was the bed mattress needs replacement. One bed sagged in the middle. Most likely the most popular place to sleep. Woke up with a backache and not much sleep. Not good since this was for a surgical procedure. Would stay again.

The hotel overall was nice and the room was clean. Staff was friendly. Only issues I had were the ice machine on my floor wasn't working so I had to go to another floor for ice and there weren't any face towels in my room. I had to go to the lobby reception to pick them up.

I liked hpw quiet it was. The bed could be a little less firm. The curtains shoukd be darker. I go to bed at 4:00 am. The sun woke me up early. I just wish that could be different. But I will definitely stay there again.
