Staff member Paula was very nice and helpful. Although breakfast was good,(I don't like corn hash beef or creamed chip beef) I was happily surprised not to see any pork on products. FOR ME 5 STARS!!!

Completely average

The condition of the hotel was average. Nothing impressive and nothing horrible. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The pool was nice. Breakfast was totally middle of the road (yogurt, cereal, instant eggs, mediocre pastries). No fresh fruit unfortunately. Worst issue was a terrible odor in the hallways that seemed a mix of port a potty and chemicals.

This is our second time staying here. It is a clean hotel. The only problem we had was the noise. We were on the second floor and could not sleep because the people above us were so loud. It sounded like they were playing basketball on top of us. We finally had to call the front desk to complain since this went on four a few hours during the middle of the night. The front desk asked for some leniency because the walls are thin. Next time we will be asking to stay on the top floor.

1st time staying here. Enjoyed the stay, beds were a bit high but very comfortable. Service employees were accomadating. We come to Lancaster several times a year and I think this will be our spot. Loved the location.

We had a great stay at La Quinta. The room was very clean, spacious and the complimentary breakfast included several options. Our only complaint was the noise level due to the thin walls and some overactive children above us. However, the situation was rectified after we informed the front desk. We would definitely recommend La Quinta to anyone planning a stay in the area.
