The good: Check In was fast and easy, the room was clean. The bad: The common areas indoors and out were awful. Carpet in hallway hadn't been vacuumed in days weeks months? The courtyard was an overgrown weed patch. No attempt to even cut the weeds down. Rundown, seedy, unkept are words I would use to describe the outside and common areas.

Floor was dirty in room. The halls were disgusting. The rug was gross. The adjoining rooms don’t lock properly, and I had to barricade myself in for safety.. I asked for a second floor room and he didn’t give me one so now I hear people walking under my window which slides so I had to put the ironing board in to keep it closed. This hotel is why we have the second amendment.

Dump hotel

Room reeked of weed after I checked in. There were people walking by that looked like they were on drugs. The front of the hotel had people living there with grills out front of the doors and clothes and shoes hanging off the balcony on 2bd floor. The pool area was closed and it looked like it hadnt even been used for quite some time.

We had a good stay. We had to take a second floor room, which was inconvenient being handicapped. Room was missing chairs at the table and was a bit dated. There was a nice microwave and a huge residential size refrigerator / freezer. All in all, not a terrible stay, except for the hike up to the second floor.

It was a nice room the most expensive room we got on our vacation and got in the shower the water go so hot you thought it was going to burn you then got so cold it would not stay the same the only thing i didn't like

Refund my money, unsafe, 100% untrue advertising

I am requesting a full refund we could not stay at this hotel and had to book the quality inn. The hotel is not at all what is presented on the hotels.com app. It has condemned sections and complete collapsed buildings, the parking lot is nearly complete undriveable. While trying to find out room we saw drug deals being conducted, fights, drug use and vehicles being broken into. We never got to our room, because of the obstructed pathway and drug addicts in the garbage filled walkway. I went to the person at the front desk and he said I had to ask for a refund on hotels.com and he took my room card/keys and we left as a man with a knife was screaming at someone down the parking lot.

Not much to like here. The room was ok. It is very outdated. The outside area around the building is lacking any sort of maintenance. When I checked in at 4:30 pm there was hammering on the second floor. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and clean.

Place looks good in pictures but it is a very hurting property. Looks like it would be a great place to score some drugs or get a prostitute but not a great place to stay. Didn't even end up staying, even though my reservation was nonrefundable, ended up driving to another property and checking in there. I would never stay at this property unless you're heavily armed and you don't actually touch anything in the room.
