I really love this hotel the breakfast is always great! The pool and hot tub are really nice and relaxing and the staff are awesome! The maintenance staff are awesome as well!!

The hotel room smelt really bad. we found a a piece of hair on the bed and had to request for extra sheets. The sheets made the kids itch and they could not sleep all night. I will advise families not to book this hotel. The breakfast was also bad, the cup cake the breakfast was hard as a rock! This hotel is not with over $300 a night and it is a ripoff and I will net order from hotel.com again. Waste of money and not impressed with the experience!

The breakfast was limited and not stocked well. There were not a lot of options. Our neighbors were very load 2 nights in a row until 2am, I called the front desk to file a noise complaint and they never answered.

The Staff was great especially the Head of Maintenance. He worked his tail off keeping the pool and Hot Tub clean. We enjoyed our stay and we'll be back.

Had a great stay. Katrina and Joseph were both so pleasant to chat with and happy to help. Had 3 rooms, 4 adults and 4 kids and everyone had a blast. The pool and hot tub were great, breakfast had a ton of options. Will definitely stay again if back in Laramie.
