The hotel was great ! As feedback I will say this… When we checked in the staff was friendly and polite. When we walked into our room…it was dirty . Countertops had some kind of food residue stuck as if they were not wiped down, and the carpet also had food as if it had not been vacuumed and there was a box of food left behind in the refrigerator which made the room smell aweful! The mirrored headboard also had not been wiped as there what seemed to be oily head prints. In the bathroom the toilet paper holder was also broken. When we called the front desk they gave us two options of moving to a different floor but loose the view upgrade we had just paid for or to have the mess cleaned up. We opted for the room to be cleaned just so we didn’t lose the River view we had upgraded to during check in. This was done immediately. Despite the hiccup our stay was pleasant. We were in town to celebrate my birthday and we did just that.

The rooms got way too hot the air conditioning wasn't cold enough and smelt bad in the room, and the pool wasnt even open.. i was also charged an extra 10 dollars a night, also the water took 15 mins for it to get hot.

All of the staff were extremely nice however the room was disgusting! I was talked into an upgrade which cost me an additional $387. I was told it was a nice room and that it was a recently remodeled room. The room was extremely dirty and the windows were so dirty. I couldn’t even see out them, and the whole reason of the upgrade was to have a Riverview room. I was extremely disappointed and I regret my decision and I did stay there five nights I ended up adding on a night because my flight had changed.
