There is No restaurant, No bingo, No ice machines, you have to go to the front desk for 1 little bag of ice per day, You can’t walk all the way along the river to the other casino’s because the Colorado bell is closed & fenced so you have to walk out to the main street to go around it

There were no restaurants, general store food not good. Pool was closed for renovation when it's summer and the pool matters. Would only recommend for sleeping. Check in staff and general store staff were rude

Will not be coming back!! Staff wasn’t friendly except at Dottys and no where to eat. Their machines are super tight so don’t plan on playing long unless you have cash to waste.

Our family has been staying at this particular hotel for 10+ years now this is probably the last time we’ll be staying there as the service was terrible. The staff’s customer service was not good. You were very rude. The credit card machines throughout the hotel were non-functioning for the most part of our stay and the ATM that we were directed to only dispensed hundred dollar bills, which were not accepted at any of the bars Food areas, or the general store. This was a very disappointing trip

The pool is been remodel, we were not aware and our kids we very disappointed. Poor service at the bowling alley. We used to love staying here. However this visit was way below what we had previously experienced.

Convenient area to walk to another casino. I did not like that ALL EV Charging station were occupied with NON EV vehicles. So we could not charge our car and that is one of the reasons we stay at this hotel so we can charge and unfortunately we could not. It would be nice for casino to enforce the EV stations if you don’t have an EV car then you should not be parked in a EV station.
