Staff seemed very stressed out which made customer service not as well as it should be. The whole place needs a desperate makeover. It's old and worn out. I'll start with the parking garage, it was so dirty with trash. The casino entrance from the parking garage smelled like poop and urine. The casino itself was so smoky. The room didn't smell much better, it felt like you were sleeping on the bed springs. All the furniture hadn't been cleaned, the bathroom tub leaked, the bathroom sink drained very slowly and the TV didn't work. We sleep with our clothes on, due to the smell of the sheets.

The rooms were very old and need to updated. Peeling wallpaper, peeling paint, scratched, dented furniture. They charged a resort fee and the pool was closed, you had to go to the hotel next door if you wanted to swim. Overall very dirty. However the staff were very friendly.

Staff were great. Pool was closed but they accommodate you with access to the edgewater casino. Room was clean enough. Only thing that stood out was the shower head could have been scrubbed a little.

Room was average/ outdated. Everything worked. AC had a humming noise that may bother some people. Could have used a light on either side of the bed. Food options are all fast food. If you’re looking for healthy, forget about it. Their pool was closed! You had to walk to edge water hotel to use their pool. That was annoying! And, they didn’t tell you that when making a reservation.

The experience at Aquarius was great. They had the cleanest and most up to date slots on their floor. The room was clean and comfortable. And the staff was very helpful. Will be staying here again when I return in the future.
