Chambre vieillotte, pas de frigo, pas de micro ondes pas de café, manquait savon serviette, pas de parking, des travaux sur le parking, pizzeria et restaurant de l hotel.....pas clean.....accueil bien par le personnel homme sur place.

The advertising was very misleading. They say it’s an 8.0. I would say if Lucky a two the pictures that they show on Expedia it’s not what you get. They call it the new Pioneer, but there was nothing new about the place. Night stands were dirty the AC didn’t work next to our room you could smell weed. Sketchy people around.

We have bn staying here although i hv a place on mccormick in bullhead City. I had knee replacement n its bn a saver. Bottom floor immediate room access n very latge pool for grandkids and a jacuzzi to relax. Anytime we've needed ANYTHING..maintenence or housekeeping handles it with 15 minute's. No haggling dragging luggage etc thru casinos n elevators n on n on. We are sold on Pioneer only

Very Pleased

My room was very clean. My bed was so comfortable that I would immediately fall asleep. I locked my self out and within minutes security was there to let me in. Very pleased.

This place is a dump! The rooms are deplorable! I will never stay this hotel again! No coffee maker, no hair dryer, beat up rooms. Caught bed bugs had to treat and bag our clothing in garbage bags. This place is a dump. Terrible service!
