Staff is friendly room was clean. It does get a little noisy and they should let people travel trailers who rent rooms disconnect them from their truck so they can do errands in town or whatever they’d like to do.

Booked 2 rooms and was charged $100 security deposit per room for a total of $200. Stayed one night. Waited 6 days for the release of the security deposit which never happened. Called and was told the manager was the only one authorized to release the hold and she would call me. Never happened. Called the next day and was told she went home on an emergency. I was told there wasn’t anyone else to help until later in the phone call when I was told to call back and speak with a supervisor. Instead I called my bank to dispute this hold. My bank refunded my $200 immediately. I’ve booked many times at hotels and never been charged a security deposit, and I’ll make sure to follow that standard. Simply terrible experience with getting help to resolve this.

Room was very clean and comfortable. No daily room cleaning but that wasn't a big problem. Staff were excellent! The restaurant had great food and staff. The casino was small but the payouts were the best we had in Laughlin.

Internet speed was 3mb/s. No fridge or microwave. They charge a hidden $5 fee that isn't advertised in the taxes and fees. While the room was non smoking, it seemed that nearly everyone at the hotel was smoking all day long in the parking lot and the walkways, so smoke was still coming into my room under the door, and I wasn't even using the fan. The "beach" is a pile of stones. The restaurants seemed as bad as I expected.
