The New Pioneer is a budget friendly place to stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. I have no complaints about our room. My issue is regarding the reservation process. The New Pioneer does not offer online reservations on its website. When I called the property I was informed that the reservation agent is not available until 11AM. Some of the other properties in Laughlin were either sold out or had high rates. I felt that if I did not book a room third party while a room was available I might not be able to stay there. By I would stay at the New Pioneer again if I had more flexibility to book a room. If other properties in Laughlin had comparable rates I would probably stay at a property that allowed me to book online. This is a shame because I really enjoyed staying at the New Pioneer.

What can I say? Just dirty, bathroom was dirty floors were dirty. worst bed I ever attempted to sleep on. The Phone in the room did even work to call for service. They literally gave us one towel. Let me just say It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but would hate for others to experience what I did. Pioneer really needs to focus on their rooms.

They have done an awesome job with the remodeling of there rooms. The room was very nice, beds were comfortable plenty of pillows.The whole facility provided a great gust experience. we ate the Pizza from the Bumbeberry Flats and it was very good. We will definitely be staying here on our future trips too Laughlin
