This was my 3 visted to you business. We had to change roons in the mid night. We were on the second floor the room had roaches. I was so disappointed because my other visted was on point.

The bathroom shower had hair in it. Yuck!! Thankfully, I bring my own cleaning supplies to thoroughly clean behind the housekeepers. Breakfast was ok. Wish they’d consider to extend the breakfast hours Monday-Friday until 10am like the weekend. Other than that I’d stay here again when I’m back in the area.

The staff was great and addressed my concerns. However, I had to get my key card reprogrammed twice during my stay. This is very inconvenient espeially for someone who is mobility impaired such as I am. The system needs to be updated to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
