Cutest place ever

I loved this cute little house. It was so clean and cozy. Everything you need for a training get away! I was only disappointed I couldn’t stay longer. Management texts back very quickly and are very friendly. I definitely will stay there again.

BEWARE!!!

Tried to book 3 different places and they all said they were already booked, then 2 days later, my credit card was charged over 1100.00 for all 3 places, we didn't go because the rooms were not available per "siesta" Watch out, this has been a very expensive lesson, they refused to credit us stating we didn't cancel in time, but when we tried to booked, it wouldn't let us, very shady.

Nice Place but Pricey

After fees and taxes, this property was over $200 a night. I spent less than that staying at the Ameristar in Black Hawk that had air, Olympic size pool, and hot tubs. The property was nicely decorated and was a perfect location for me for my trip. I don’t think just this property is overpriced. I think all the properties on VRBO are over priced. Thank you.

These tiny houses are glorified trailers, cheaply built and decorated, stationed in an RV park. The amenities are underwhelming. The bed is a very firm mattress on a sheet of particle board. Contrary to the picture, there is no mirror in the "bathroom", so if you wet shave or wear contact lenses, you may want to bring your own. There is no bathtub, no gym, no pool, no breakfast. Charging more than the price of a standard room in a brick-and-mortar hotel for the privilege of camping in a trailer park sounds like a rip-off to me, and I won't come back.

Such an amazing property!

We loved our stay at The Oakley! It was the perfect size for my husband and I, and staying in a tiny home had been on our bucket list. Convenient to walking everywhere in downtown Leadville - perfect location, quiet area, super clean home and very easy checkin/checkout. Have already recommended to so many people, and will definitely stay again!

Adorable tiny home with everything you need

We loved our tiny home experience. We booked this unit because I hurt my shoulder and didn’t want to have to climb a ladder to sleep. The home has two separate sleeping areas on the main level plus one in the loft. The home had absolutely everything we needed. The host even provided coffee plus a drop machine and a French press. The internet was fast enough for me to do video calls for work. The location simply can’t be beat. It’s one block off Harrison Ave and you can walk to everything. The hot shower was a welcome amenity when we got back from our daily activities. Thanks for making our Leadville stay a complete delight!

A great stay (for tall people)

The location was perfect, the house was a gem, beautifully decorated and with everything we needed. A major flaw however was that the bed in the main bedroom was really high off the ground (waist height for me). As a fairly fit 5'4" woman, I could only get into it by jumping and flinging my body onto the bed. Anyone shorter (and less athletic) would have found it impossible! A small step-stool placed near the bed platform would have made a huge difference.

Fun and Practical

We were totally satisfied with our stay. The tiny house was just the right fit for our family of 3 and our dog. We were able to walk to town for shopping and meals and it was quiet at night. A beautiful setting and close to all of our outdoor activities. We will be back!
