Room was not cleaned well. Food was stuck to the counter of the bathroom sink. Sticky drink rings and food stuck to the bedside tables. Zero soap in the room for hand washing (weird) It’s too late to care about it in the middle of a wind storm after checking in at midnight. but it was gross. The bed appears clean. Good enough for what we need tonight.

I stated that I was an elderly female traveling alone and requested that I be given a room to accommodate this. I was given a room that was literally in the middle of the strip of rooms. I had to walk past about 10 rooms as parking was not close. They have rooms on the outer circle of the hotel with parking just feet away from the hotel door. Not only did I have to carry my bags far, but I was the closest to the pool that people we enjoying into the night with adult beverages. At check in I was assured that parking was close. The room was fine as expected.

The lobby was the most adorable I’ve seen in a long time. It reminds me of a Christmas vacation spent in a cabin. The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. We just stayed one night before our trek through the grape vine to universal.
