Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Great little motel to overnight at while on a long road trip. The room was clean and surprisingly well appointed. Wish the water pressure in the shower was better.

Lovely QUIET little motel. The rooms face Mono Lake and the wall on the hwy has no windows, so VERY QUIET. Clean, great TV movies too.

Helpful staff, slow toilet that needed a plunger. Probably biggest issue was not realizing until we arrived that our motel was RIGHT on the main road through town, with our room door opening up to that street/road’s sidewalk, so traffic noise was an issue. But it was nice having two good restaurants literally right across that street.

The property is a bit unusual in that some of the rooms have sliding glass doors as the outside wall. It was a bit disconcerting and not as quiet as a regular wall might be at keeping out outside noise. However, the staff were all exceptionally nice and they clearly pay attention to small details around the property and in the rooms.

We were allowed to change our reservation the night before we were to check in! The view outside of our room towards Nevada was delightful with a balcony. Very clean. Pleasantly surprised, great staff. Love the place.

Staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. I thought I reserved a room with fridge/microwave. Our initial room (11) we were gives had a fantastic view and was further away from the road, but no fridge/microwave. We were able to be moved to an upgraded room at no additional cost (weekday). Good location overall. Nice shops and restaurants nearby had what we needed. Overall good experience for our group of 4.
