Staycation gone wrong.

I was under the impression that I order a suite with a king bed and a hot tub which was the only reason for the trip. I needed bit for my back because it’s been acting up again. When I checked in I was put in just a standard double queen with no hot tub and I totally feel cheated because I didn’t have the opportunity to upgrade that either. Also I was double billed for the rom I didn’t want or thought I booked he didn’t even have a standard king. I found and killed a roach in the bathroom sink and the manager called our room to complain about the noise from the room next door that wasn’t bothering us but could barely hear if we listen hard enough .here’s what I thought I was getting

Always a good brand for me. Good breakfast and bed. However, the entrance door lock and sticking bathroom door however were reported but not repaired during my 2 nite stay. They had little negative impact on my stay but deserve to be noted.

the property itself was very clean. super friendly staff. The Wifi, unfortunately, was a complete failure. I had to used the hotspot on my phone to work. Unfortunately, will not stay there again.

We have stayed here before and are returning. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was appropriate and always up and ready ahead of time. Pool could have been a little cleaner but overall decent place for the money.

The staff was fine. Some great and some not so great people. Breakfast was very good with nice variety. But, would have preferred real eggs instead of out of a carton. Bathroom needs upgrading. The shower did not work well and the tub was old and creeks. The faucet did not shut water off completely! The bed blanket needed to be thicker and more inviting.
