The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of clean towels. Plenty of options for the included breakfast. However, the rooms floors and shower did not appear to have been cleaned very well. Also, caulk was peeling around the toilet base. The 2 USB charging ports between the beds did not work. Moderate road noise both on the front and back sides of the hotel.

“The Villages “ should not allow their name to be associated with this property. It’s not that close to it and the area it’s in is WAY different than the villages. If you’re expecting a “Villages” type vibe, do not stay here, I guess that’s the kindest way I can put it …. That being said the hotel was pretty clean and the rooms were pretty nice and the staff friendly - if you were transplant this hotel into a different city I would stay there again but I would not stay where it is located. Due to multiple factors wasn’t super comfortable
