The property was in a nice location and overall the home was well kept. All the essentials you wound need during your stay are available. Kitchen was fully stocked with any utensil you would need along with many varieties of seasonings in the cupboard. A few issues we had during our stay was that there was no running hot water for us to shower. The beds were a little too firm for our liking. The golf cart was available for our use to get around the property to visit many different pools and to visit the town squares for nightly entertainment.

I can't say enough great things about this house… It was fully equipped, including stuff like paper towels, toilet paper spices kitchen had everything you possibly could want and more… Very clean, and Valerie was very responsive and helpful when we had any kind of issue… beds and furniture were very comfortable!! Overall a good place to stay. The owner was willing to do whatever she could to accommodate our stay. The golf cart is on the older side and in OK condition but smelt of fumes while idling in place; however it did run the entire time and got us from A to B where we wanted to go.The house is small and simple but comfortable and has everything needed as far as I could tell. I would rent it again if the existing gas golf cart was replaced by a new one.
