There was a couple of opportunities. The main one was my safety concern. Around the building where we state in the back of the bushes there was, I guess all homeless men living there. This woman staying by herself, that was concerning to get to the room and back out of the room.

Smoking room smells horrible… Even with the room organized it felt dirty because of the smell. the doors had bangs and dents . The ppl next door were loud and smoking weed. The beds felt deflated. We did enjoy the pillows.

For the price was good. Quiet can rest any time. The tv was bad. Put a claim on Friday they suppose to check it out but when return Saturday , tv still bad. Not returning back. I expense a few more bucks and stay on a better place.

It was a very enjoyable stay from the moment I saw the property. The gentleman at the front desk is very nice and gave me a room facing the lake. Room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was very good. The location is perfect as I was there to visit downtown Mount Dora.

Only, A place to lay your head down only.

The overall stay was ok. It was a place to shower and sleep. Limited tv stations and the air condition was mediocre. It took a long time to get cool. One of the lamps was not working. It was a basic place to lay your head down. The mattress was nothing to write home about. We won’t be staying again.

Hotel rooms and lobby/breakfast area were all VERY clean. I would stay here again just based on that, as soon as you walked in the room you smelled the cleaning supplies! Which is good. Building/ conditions were not very well upkept, for example there was a hole in the bathroom door.. tape was put over it and painted over same color as door. The sunset over the lake was to die for, but a little sketchy around the back of the hotel. There are some long term stayers.

Breakfast was great. Property is being renovated so some rooms are not available. Staff were friendly & courteous. Everything was more than adequate. Would stay again.
