The Location is great, the building is in need of repair, the rooms flooring was carpet and under was uneven..not sure what happened there but you could actually feel like uneven missing tiles??? The hot tub was either dirty or black areas on the bottom, wouldn't step into it, everything is in need of remodel.Not what you expect from a Marriott.

Like everything else in Spanish Springs, the hotel needs to be updated. Breakfast had few healthy options, but most hotels don't. It was clean and the staff was friendly.
