Absolutely loved our last trip last year . However GWL Refused to refund a trip with my grandkids this year due to son in law diagnosed with brain cancer the week prior to the trip. Cost double the price to reschedule the trip for june .

Everything is converted to self service. Even check-in has to be done at a kiosk. My reservation was through Expedia however, the kiosk was not able to find it. My name and the number of guests populated with no problem however they tried to charge me for my entire stay again, which was already paid for through Expedia.
