Great location. Outdated but great view. No balcony on second floor. Very disappointed there is no balcony. $50 per day for resort fee and parking stinks. Wasn’t expecting that. Coffee cups are tiny. Breakfast is decent but overpriced.

Poor customer service skills and bad rooms!

Normally we would stay in the cabanas however they didn’t have any open reservations this time. The room was terrible the bathroom didn’t have any locks on the main door and the shower had NO doors! The girl at the front desk was rude and absolutely no customer service skills. She wanted to charge me for everything she could! I’m sorry but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel anymore!!!!

We stayed for 6 nights but housekeeping only came once, even though we called the front desk. The air conditioner in our room was very noisy and the room felt rather old and in need of refurbishment. On the positive side, the location was excellent, near a lot of shops, restaurants, and beaches.

Great location! Great beach for kids and adults. Service okay. 2 small pools with cloudy water. Definitely need some cosmetic renovation If you buying breakfast option - don't expect something extra, Standart continental. Everything for extra pay. But you can have free coffee at reception and ask for beach blanket.

The property was dated, which we could accept. What was not acceptable was the water treatment plant steps from our door and the smell we couldn’t get away from. Somehow we got off schedule for housekeeping so we got missed a few times. The restaurant was mediocre at best but the snack shack was great and the staff was very friendly.

This property is right on the beach and is well maintained. My only complaint is that there is a two day rotation on rooms being serviced. You can get replacement towels for your room anytime, but our room was skipped for three days. The only inconvenience with that was having towels and toiletries without having to go to the front desk. I would recommend this property for families. My wife, kids, and I loved staying here.

Upon arrival a very bad noticeable smell, along with a hole in the sealing with water poring down from the rain. The staff the entire time was rude and unhelpful almost as if they were bothered we needed help. Our back tire from the jeep rental also got stolen in the parking lot and when we notified staff and asked if anyone saw anything one specific front lady laughed in our face as if the situation wasn’t hard enough on us. The entire experience there made our vacation terrible and it’s unfortunate how their safe acted.

Our room was a refurbished 1970's motel room that was very uncomfortable. In wall AC was old and rusty and the bugs inside the unit were plentiful. I made the reservation last July (9 months prior) and I was given this room. I guess Hilton doesn't want my business.
