The room was beautiful, clean, and a nice size. The bathroom had that frosted glass enclosure, which is always a little weird, but it wasn't see-through. The star of the stay was the staff. Every person we encountered was absolutely wonderful - helpful, friendly, and so welcoming. The area can be a little busy and noisy, but the room seemed to be well-insulated as it never kept us up at night. Definitely recommend a stay here!

The location is unbeatable- central and ideal for exploring the city on foot. A special thank you to Daniel, Pedro, Nicole, and the evening staff for their outstanding service. Everyone was warm, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. Dinner was also a highlight. The mushroom risotto, duck croquettes, and Malandra wine were all excellent.
