Room was decent for a weeks stay. Bed was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the floor was dirty and never got cleaned during our stay. Staff was great and very helpful to us all the time! 760/767 busses are right in front of the hotel. The view from the 5th floor was amazing (the elevator not so).

A couple staff members were nice. The hallway had a nasty smell. The carpet looked like there was mold growing . Staff did not vacuum the floors of the room. They did however do good with coming in and cleaning the bathroom of our room. The location was great, but overall cleanliness of the place was not great at all. It should be addressed.

This hotel is well placed for access to buses and the Metro and the staff were very helpful in giving me directions and helping me plan journeys. The buffet style breakfast suited me. A selection of cereals, fruit, pastries and drinks as well as hot options if you prefer.. The room was adequate, good quality bedding and air conditioning.

This hotel is about a 30-minute walk from Lisbon’s busiest tourist attractions, but there’s a 760 bus stop right at the door, and you can also easily take a taxi or Uber. The hotel offers 24-hour customer service, and the reception staff are very warm and friendly. They even provide some free fruits for guests, which is a nice touch. Although it’s officially a 2-star hotel, my experience was just as good as a 3-star stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to other travelers.
