Exterior and shared interior spaces look run down. Rooms seemed updated and clean. The room’s TV requires connecting to the hotel’s wifi every time, for which no instructions were provided. Bathroom towels are not absorbent and the bathroom lacks any towel bars or hooks.

I liked it was a remodeled old stone building, it was clean and fairly safe, and you could walk to just about anywhere in little falls. The staff where very nice and where diligent about keeping the property safe and quiet.

The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately my room wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped for. There was some dry urine on the toilet seat. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly.

Clean, comfortable but noisy.

The hotel is good for the price. The room was nice and clean. For the price, be prepared for the noise. The trains passed close by (only noisy Route 5 in between) at least 20 times a day. At all times of the day and night We bought ear plugs on day 2 and that made all the difference.

To start, no one was up front to get us or check in. After we got to the room we checked the bed as we normally do. The sheets were covered in long hairs as well as orange and red spots all over. There was the tiniest bottle of shampoo and no conditioner. Having very long hair there wasn’t enough for two nights stay. Speaking of two nights stay, I reserved the room for two nights but we only stayed one night. The night we did stay someone was outside in the hall on and off from 1am-5am using their cell phone. When I informed the front desk the next morning we were told there were no other guests staying and it must have been a worker and that it wouldn’t happen again. With everything we ran into we couldn’t stay another night. Will not be staying again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.
