the room and bathrooms aren't clean enough, and the carpet of the room is dirty. the safe, the phone didn't work. the coffee and the juice are awful and there's just one kind of fruit to choose. the cereales aren't fresh . for sure is our first and last experience

The bathroom sink the water pressure was almost nonexistent. There was no water at all in the shower went to the front desk three times to complain. They finally fixed the second day still could not take a shower because the tub wasn’t fixed. They replaced the faucet on the sink. This is unacceptable and I will not recommend them to anybody else. It’s no sense in going to a place you can’t wash your face. There was barely enough water to brush your teeth and you couldn’t take a shower. The room was nice and clean. It was made up every day but my main problem was the water thank you very much and I will not recommend to anybody.

Poorly maintained. Bad smell (weed) in the building. No kettle or tea/coffee for arrival of guests. Toilet and shower difficult to operate. Leaking bathroom. Note that the "breakfast" is just bread and butter. Definitely not worth the money.
