The staff were all very courteous! It is an older hotel so some things are in need of repair. There was some cracked tile in the bathroom and paint splatter that made the tile floor look dirty. The grounds outside the area we parked and entered the hotel every day was littered with cigarette butts and some trash. I let the manager know.
