I picked a nice hotel so that I could enjoy a long shower. But apparently the housekeeping people take shortcuts and don't do things right. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash are morning but water. Also there were coffee cups that had been opened and left out to be used. Also the bathroom fan doesn't work. I seriously expected a better attention to detail. The beds and room were nice. The breakfast was great and the staff were very nice. Unfortunately these are not as important as cleanliness to me. So if your housekeeping isn't properly cleaning and sticking rooms, nothing really makes up for that.

Staff and amenities were great But bathroom seemed like I was being punked. -Toilet seat rocked. -Bathroom door didn't latch. -Shower head plumbing loose in wall. -Shower valve loose -Thermostat not connected to HVAC unit. Amateur hour in the build. But aren’t these things inspected?

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The pillows did flatten quickly, but I did take one of my own. The hotel sits close to an interstate but the traffic noise wasn’t bad. Janie at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
