Being fairly new, it's not surprising that the hotel is super clean, in absolutely top-notch condition. No signs of wear, nothing that needed fixing. Spotless and attractive.
They saved money on furniture by using what might be standard school or office stuff, and that's fine. They spent money instead on a super luxurious mattress, extea nice heat/cool unit, a great walk-in shower, and other things that really matter.
The breakfast was first rate, partly because of the real plates and silverware. So much more fun than paper plates and plastic sporks! Lots of delicious hot food, including very tasty sausages, pancakes and waffles you make yourself, and a pot of real oatmeal.
And all the usual cold cereal, pastries, and such. Wonderful coffee with several varieties of creamer, including real half & half. Tasty fruit juices, tea, hot chocolate too.
Parking lot is spacious and the spaces aren't cramped. Lovely landscaping. Covered porches for hanging out or eating breakfast in the open air.
Awesome games and entertainment in the big sprawling lobby where kids and adults can find plenty of fun stuff to do without leaving the hotel.
And the TV in each room is a humongous flat Smart TV with every imaginable app, which you can sign into and view your favorite videos or streams, as well as the usual local channels and cable offerings.
In short, this is everything you could ask for in a hotel. As long as you don't require designer furniture. This place is great!
