The listing advertised a restaurant, bar and hot tub. The bar and restauant were both closed for the weekend. The hot tub had been removed. They do not clean your room appearantly unless you ask them too. The staff was not pleasant. I personally would never stay there again. If it was not a holiday weekend we would have left and booked a room at another hotel. It was my wife's birthday weekend and Thanksgiving. Very dissapointing! A refund would be nice!

There was trash and a sock on the floor when we first got into the room. Someone had spilled something on the tile between the bathroom and the bed and it was never mopped up. Didnt look like they even cleaned the room before we got there, just made the bed. Gross. Otherwise, the staff was nice and the remainder of the facility seemed well taken care of.

Room was clean. Staff was courteous. Bed was not very comfortable. And the bar was only open M-Th. We were there Friday and Saturday night so we’re bummed it wasnt open, neither was the restaurant.

I loved staying the night at Hilton Livermore! Front desk staff were polite and friendly, I was given cold bottled water at check in- which was great because I was going to have to buy some. My room was so clean and the shower was perfect with a relaxing spray and hot water. It was such a peaceful stay that I’ll stay here again just for the fun of it!

Volleyball parents! This is the place to stay if your kid has a tournament at the NorCal facility. It’s clean, convenient and a close location. Adrian provided excellent customer service at check in and it was very dog friendly. Would highly recommend!
