Both the hot tub and the outdoor dining are within a screened porch. Fire pit , charcoal grill and porch swing beyond. Overlook’s layout works great for a couple – who could live entirely on the top floor with living space and one bedroom – or for a group, with a second gathering area and tv and second full-size bath with double vanity, and two of the three queen bedrooms, on the entry level. Kids and adults love the arcade console table. Full-size stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, make this as comfortable as home. Wifi available. Newly paved driveway is suitable for cycles, bikes and sports cars. Pet friendly (2 pet limit, $50+tax pet cleaning fee).
