I prepaid and never stayed at the hotel. We could not find one parking space within blocks and blocks of this hotel. The room was like a dorm room. No dressers one chair. The lobby was not clean. They would not refund any money. I ended up at the Best Western in Rockville Centre which was so much better. Nevers again would I use Expedia or recommend staying at the Long Beach Hotel.

THE ROOM WAS DIRTY THE PICTURES ONLINE MAKE THE ROOMS LOOK GOOD UNTIL YOU GET THERE AND THE BEDS ARE ROCK HARD AND THE ROOM IS SO SMALL DEFINITELY OVERPRICED AND WAS NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT I GOT FOR HOW MUCH I PAID

Parking is first come first serve and they charge $25. If they have a spot guarantee for the day I rented three rooms. my room I couldn’t turn the TV on. I didn’t know how the second room it was. The sink was clogged and the room was extra small. I won’t be back to this hotel.

Our room had no electricity. I complained every hour and was told someone would fix it. After my 4th complaint a man came by the room and told me the electrical panel was “too big” for them to figure out and they couldn’t fix it tonight. I was not given any solution and it was too late for me to move my 2 kids and wife back home
