Terrible experience. Would give zero stars if I could. Room small. And . Old. Heard music all night from club downstairs. Barking dog across the hall. Hallways smelling of weed emanating into our room. Randos knocking on our door in middle of the night. Cut our stay short a night because of how bad it was

It was ok for the one night we needed. The Room was missing a night stand and the sink a plug. It is an older hotel, so the tubs drain was outside of the tub not obvious but once you found it, I you could drain the tub after your shower. You can tell the hotel that had some renovations but definitely not as the pictures described. The air fresher in the lobby was really strong. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was like staying in a college dorm room. Mattress was terrible, pillows were small throw pillows, heat did not work, then when it did had to use the AC to cool it off. Water in bathroom sink had no pressure. It trickled out. TV had no local channels and impossible to figure out. Had to get wash clothes and no hand towels were given. Overall we could not wait for our stay there to be over. It’s too bad since there are not a lot of choices in Long Beach.
