Reserved room and called to make sure it was going to be down stairs because im disabled. Went to check in. Was told only have up stairs room available. Contacted expedia in regards to the issue. They stated that room was located by elevator. Clerk at front desk never mentioned elevator. This of course is after i had already left and gotten room somewhere else. They said they would have to contact super 8. Of course no one answered the phone. So im waiting to hear back from them in regards to a refund or not getting a refund

It was basic like I wanted which was great. Staff was friendly. Beds were uncomfortable, probably because it felt like we were being bitten all night. Daughter left with 24 bites on her legs. My rental car alarm went off multiple times in the night and every time I hopped up a door a couple rooms down would close. Leaving me to believe it was another occupant of the building. There are cheap wireless cameras that connect to wifi. These type small securities should be common and preventing disturbances of the past.

after staying here twice over the past couple of months, I still have yet to receive my quote" deposit of $50 for each of the two times I was there. this is terrible management and needs to be addressed. until then, I refuse to do business with super 8 in Longview. I also do not encourage anyone else to stay here because this is absolute theft. they owe me over $100 for my stays and I still have yet to see it.
